With the rise in COVID-19 numbers again, the Sheriff is taking extra precaution to help protect both the public and office employees.
Persons needing to make payments on Fines, Fees and Warrants can do so by money order through the mail.
In order to better serve the community, Sheriff Wright has extended the Saline County Sheriff's Office (SCSO) front office hours.
This change will allow the public to conduct SCSO business from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday.
The Saline County Sheriff's Office is sending out this update to remind citizens of the ability to mail cashier's checks (no personal checks will be accepted) or money orders to the Sheriff's Office as a way of paying their fines and fees. Please ensure all cashier's checks and money orders are made out to Saline County Sheriff's Office. Should you choose this option please include a self-addressed, stamped envelope so that we can send your receipt of payment back for you records; information included should be the name of the individual clearly printed, address, and date of birth.

Important Update: Effective now; Family or friends that normally use the free kiosk in the lobby of the Saline County Detention Facility for video visitation will not be allowed access to these devices until further notice. The Saline County Sheriff's Office apologizes for any inconvenience, this is a precautionary measure in an attempt to minimize any health and safety concerns.
