In an effort to collect past due Saline County Circuit Court judgments, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office will begin suspending driver’s licenses and issuing arrest warrants. They will do this with persons who have not complied with their monthly payment arrangements.
“There is a large number of offenders that have made very few payments on court ordered judgments. The collection of these judgments is required by state law.”
The Saline County Sheriff’s Office will begin the process to suspend driver’s license and the issuance of arrest warrants in thirty (30) days. In order to prevent these actions, offenders must bring their accounts current and continue to make regular monthly payments.
