This morning deputies from the Saline County Sheriff’s Office (SCSO) arrested Tommy Mike KEMP, without incident, on Allen Road in Shannon Hills.  KEMP was arrested on a warrant, charging him with Burglary, Theft and Criminal Trespassing.

Detectives from the Criminal Investigation Division are actively working this case.  Due to the fact that this is an active investigation, the SCSO will not comment further.
